Project Overview

Situation:

The Startup EdTech company needed a Marketing & Instructional Designer who could redesign their product marketing, customer support and instructional materials, in Canva, in representing their technology, product and content to existing and prospective customers. 

Task:

As the Marketing & Instructional Designer contracted for the project, I was responsible for the review and redesign of existing collateral for Sales & Customer, instructional tools, and instructional strategies. In addition, I was expected to complete projects to support the CEO in quality assurance of design and copy, while meeting with the CEO three times to clarify the project scope at the beginning of the project, review designs and do iterations midway, and at the end to finalize deliverables of materials.

Action:

I used the company's style guide to redesign 5 Sales Collateral Materials. Based on what had already been created, I used my design skills, attention to detail and knowledge of how adults take in information to create a more engaging and appealing look and feel to the sales collaterals. 

Results:

All of the marketing materials were approved by the company CEO and updated company-wide for use in local businesses and schools. The company's Marketing Sales Collaterals are now more aesthically cohesive and will be used to attract new clients.
