I am an Instructional and eLearning Designer with a successful background in the education field. I have developed a strong passion for ensuring that learning experiences are engaging, meaningful, aligned to learning objectives, and address real needs of the learners.

What I Value

Creativity. My ability to use creativity in designing resources or learning experiences that will help someone to gain new knowledge drives me. I thrive in an environment that promotes and encourages creativity and a sense of freedom.
Collaboration. I believe that teamwork and collaboration are an essential part of a healthy working environment. The ability to collaborate and respect the contributions of each individual on the team leads to individual and group success.

A Few Fun Facts

I have never flown in a plane, but hope to scratch that off my bucket list this year!
My husband and I originally met in our 9th grade Language Arts Class (we were cast as Romeo & Juliet), but didn't begin dating until 17 years later.
I am a Preemie Mom! My daughter was born at 26 weeks 3 days, spent 77 days in the NICU, and is now a happy & healthy 7 year old.
I am a Foodie and love experiencing different types of food.
